Shipping your parcel

Packages are dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via a private carrier, for a total delivery time generally seen of 5 to 7 days.

We deliver throughout Europe (including non-EU countries such as Switzerland)

Shipping costs include both preparation and packaging costs as well as postage: we only charge an overall flat rate at the lowest amount possible given the bulk of the equipment. We recommend that you group all your items together in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each.

Returns and warranty

The equipment delivered is of high quality and rigorously tested before dispatch, ensuring that you receive a compliant and functional kit. If, however, a fault or operating problem is found with the equipment, our customer service department is of course still available and will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced.
